Dr. Lemoine is the Executive Director of the Center for Healthcare Improvement and Patient Simulation (CHIPS) at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Lemoine and I discuss the various simulation methods and designs. We also discuss the importance of simulation with the interprofessional team to improve outcomes for our patients. Dr. Lemoine brings an exciting perspective and a wealth of experience and knowledge to CHIPS and the UTHSC campus.
