From Chelsea we held THE 9LIST Bridal Wellness Fashion Show at The Sample Room NY which carries a variety of bridal and evening wear designers. Ahead of NY Bridal Fashion Week which takes place the week of Oct 10th, we spoke with principal Iván Meza about his showroom as an in-the-know destination for brides to get phenomenal designers for their big day. We also talk about how these designers participate in NY Bridal Fashion Week and what brides should focus on when it comes getting their dress. We also highlight key looks with our models as they exhibit what could be great options for a bride, how it is accessorized and how these dresses can have another life whether it's hitting your red carpet moment or altering it to become something entirely new!

We all have our favorite sports and Track and Field is definitely one of ours! We’re excited to kick off our inaugural episode of The Road to Tokyo 2020 with Natasha Hastings, otherwise known as the 400M Diva! She has participated in a number of World Championships and meets, and she has represented her country with gold medals at the Olympics in Beijing 2008 and Rio 2016, and she is now making her plans for Tokyo 2020. We find out about her drive and career on and off the track, as well as finding out more about her beauty line and her upcoming marriage to retired NFL athlete William Gay.
