Legal hemp products are limited to a total of 0.4 milligrams per container of total THC, or any other cannabinoids with similar effects. Cannabinoids that are synthesized or manufactured outside the plant, like delta-8 THC, are outright banned. There’s a lot to unpack here and there’s as much good as bad, we hardly need every gas station selling Terp infused prerolls or no oversight in manufacturing of edibles but at the same time we NEED to protect the hemp farmers that are producing cbd for salves , tinctures etc that really help patients in those unregulated states.
