Tip#46: Always keep your eyes open for new opportunities.Things are not static and our assumptions keep changing. Keep on strengthening your networks and expanding your knowledge to help seize your big moment.
Tip#45: Form the habit of listening carefully and fully capturing important details during important meetings and interactions. No one wants to reward a person who has to be told the same thing over and over again.
Tip#44: Go beyond your job description. Meeting the basicrequirements for your job isn't enough to get ahead of the crowd. Always give extra value and take on additional responsibilities. Dare to be outstanding.
Tip#43: Strong personal brands have highervalues and potential earnings. Enhance your brand value by working on seven enablers: your reputation, skill, track record, attitude, communication, appearance, and integrity.
