An introduction to me and my work. I'm doing various podcasts based on my book 'The Art of LIving' and my 35 years experience in the field of personal development which I hope you'll find both interesting and useful. All I ask is you approach the materials with an open mind and practice any exercises that are offered on a regular basis. If you can do this I'm sure you'll find the materials useful.

In this session I’m going to use a visualisation which is also known as 'rehearsing success' or 'mental rehearsal'. You’ll get the chance to rehearse and develop a skill or ability in a calm and very focussed way. Please don’t underestimate how effective this process can be. Your brain doesn’t know the difference between reality and imagination so if you can create a vivid picture in your mind of something you’d like to work on then your brain will see it as a ‘real’ process and help you to develop the skill.
