The Ashleie Elaine Podcast is a healing space for cycle breakers, truth-tellers, healers, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs called to live in alignment with their soul’s work. Rooted in public health, generational healing, and spiritual truth, the podcast explores what it means to build lives, businesses, and systems that honor both evidence and embodiment.
Through honest conversations, somatic wisdom, and soul-centered strategy, listeners are guided to reconnect with their truth, reclaim their power, and create work that is sustainable, aligned, and impactful. This is healing with love—so you can live out your purpose without abandoning yourself in the process. Relaunching January 9, 2026, with new episodes every Friday.About Love Ashleie Elaine:
Love Ashleie Elaine is the founder of Ashleie Elaine Inc., a sacred space partnering with entrepreneurs, creatives, healers, and helpers globally to align with their purpose and build evidence-based, sustainable programs rooted in spiritual wellness and integrity. Through this work, she provides guidance that ensures visionary efforts are not only impactful but built to stand the test of time.
She is a Master of Public Health student at Rutgers University, pursuing a degree in Urban Public Health with a certificate in Maternal and Child Health, and a member of the University Senate. Love’s work sits at the intersection of public health, trauma-informed care, and holistic systems building, with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health supporting children and families. A 500-hour experienced yoga teacher, she has taught nationally and internationally, developing early-intervention curricula that utilize yoga and somatic practices as behavioral and emotional support tools for children aged 3–5, an age group she believes significantly influences the trajectory of lifelong health and wellbeing.
At her core, Love is a builder with a long-term vision to create a Perinatal and Early Childhood Comprehensive Healing Center that integrates research, ancestral wisdom, and community-based practice to support Black and Latinx families. She is the author of "Married to Trauma," a poetic memoir and healing workbook, and the host of "The Soul Work Podcast"—a space for somatic healing, body wisdom, and soulful transformation. A mother, storyteller, speaker, and world traveler, Love’s work empowers others to break patterns, reclaim their power, and live with purpose.
