A pioneering composer and innovator, Manjunath is renowned for discovering unique rhythmic cycles including the viral Fibonacci Tala, which NPR described as "mind-bending" and "gasp-worthy". His mastery spans Carnatic classical music, jazz, world music, and contemporary performance, making him one of the most versatile percussionists and konnakol practitioners of our time.
