Sharing and connecting via Operation "Social Distancing" "The act of sharing openly with self and close loved ones is like physical stretching. If we don't stretch consistently we get stiff, lose range of mobility, eventually leading to other ailments. Sharing openly and honestly is like stretching, if we don't stay in the act of sharing we tighten up, lose range of emotional mobility and so on.."

"Check your Gauges!" This episode we go in to checking your guages. We as people are like high performance vehicles. Even in a basic car you still have a dashboard of gauges. This helps us know when our gas is low, we need an oil change, etc.. If we don't maintain our vehicles then they breakdown :) Our mind, our body, our spirit are subsections of our overall vehicle which is us! We are like super duper spaceship vehicles with many many gauges! :0

We also tie in how we communicate with our kids. How we expect them to communicate and be truthful yet we often times don't offer the same level of honesty. Most of the times due to our own learned habits due to childhood traumas and such. The loops will continue through generations unless we overstand them!
