Being one of the few women filmers in the snowboarding space gave Mia a unique experience as she found her footing in the industry. She's worked for Snowboarder Mag and Brighton, been a part of countless snowboard films, and worked a ton of jobs outside of snowboarding space as well. This has all led her to her current project: 'Wayward'. She's focused on documenting all of the women in snowboardings past who have played pivotal roles in progression and equality.
