In this episode, we invited **Whitney **— a Health and Physical Education teacher, NASM-certified personal trainer, and former multi-sport college athlete — to share how movement shapes both cognitive function and physical health, from focus and memory to bone density, metabolism, and how to make exercise sustainable in a busy life.
Whitney also shared several interesting scientific evidences with us! Studies showed that combining walking with cognitive tasks (e.g., reading or thinking while on a treadmill) can enhance brain integration, focus, and memory. There's even a school in New York City using treadmill desks in the library!
