Do you charge by the hour? Most likely you do, but you need to stop it. Today I have a little rant about hourly wages, the need for value based pricing, and how design for hire sites lower the value of the industry and present your amazing skills as a commodity.
A lot of designers and creatives really struggle with how to run the initial client meeting, often allowing the client to take control and assert themselves in a position of authority.
