On this episode, I chat with Lucy Fitzmaurice - a creative light of a woman. She shares her passion for art, specifically painting, and the joy and peace it brings her, as well as helps her step away from overthinking and anxiety. Lucy's art style is bright, colorful, and whimsical, and she aims to bring more color and happiness into the world through her art. Lucy also shares her love for gardening and the connection she feels with plants, believing that they have a consciousness and energy. We also chat about our love for fantasy, including Marvel movies and characters, and our favorite books and authors. We end the convo talking about dreams, lucid dreaming, and the weird space that dreaming can be. This episode is so special and Lucy is such a fun human.
