On this episode, Kelsey and I discuss her work in human rights and her experiences living abroad. We also touch on the positives and negatives of social media, along with how it can benefit humanitarian work. I am so honored that she was willing to be on the podcast, and I loved getting to dive into her hilarious, intelligent mind.

The majority of the episode we delve into our shared love for the book series' A Court of Thorns and Roses and Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas. We talk about what we love, what we think could have been better, and basically just fan-girl over the whole Maas universe. We chat about our love for reading, the role it has played in our lives since childhood, and the power of books to heal and inspire. The conversation then shifts to my experience of visiting a monastery in Nepal and how I met my husband.

If you want a friend, connect with Kelsey on Instagram @kelseygoingplaces and she advocates for your mental health and recommends therapy to everyone!
