This podcast is a space for real conversations — the kind that don’t usually happen during performance reviews or in official bios. It’s about the experiences, challenges, and perspectives of women working in law enforcement and adjacent roles, told honestly and thoughtfully.

For this very first episode, it’s just me — sharing why this podcast exists, why I decided to stop waiting for the “right time,” and what I hope this space becomes.
