Dayton Carlson - Casteel High School
In today’s episode I had the chance to have a conversation with one of the top athletes in the state and probably the entire country. Not only did Dayton just win state with a time of 15:06 in the 5k, he also ran a 9:01 in the 3200 just a week or two later. This kid is the real deal and he was a pleasure to talk with about running and his experience this year.
