We have elections in the United States every year.  Some years there are major elections involving federal positions that may impact everyone.  Other times the emphasis is on state, county, city, and other local positions.  Regardless of the level of the elections, it can generate intense feelings leading to high levels of stress.



You’ve probably noticed that our politics are becoming more divisive.  TV commentators and family members argue about who should win an election, why their preferred candidates should run, what is needed to get the outcomes they want and more.
