Hi everyone! My name is Kai, and I am a mother to two girls: Maxine who is 3 years old, and Sloane who is 19 months old. When I began my journey as a mother, sleep was something that we really struggled with. Fast-forward to today, I am now working as a certified pediatric sleep consultant helping families who struggle with getting their little one’s to sleep. This podcast is here to share what I’ve learned (and am still learning) in my continuing journey as a mother and sleep coach. I will be sharing tips, stories, and interviews that will help guide you in your own sleep journey.
