I was only able to get comfortable laying on my side, So, if your tailbone has become a real pain in the butt, keep listening!

Postpartum is FOREVER
🌸 Postpartum is Forever is meant to make you stop and think twice. Most women don’t really consider what is happening with their pelvic health until there is a problem. Preventative care is more important than ever so why not address the issue before it becomes one? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👋🏻 I am Dr. Papa, better known to my patients as Dr. Jess. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in helping women to restore their pelvic health so that they can get back to enjoying all the things an active, healthy woman should. Exercising, laughing with friends and family without fear of leaking, and yes, even enjoying sex again without having pain or fear of doing damage. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🤰🏻 It is my hope that I will reach an even larger audience through the content of this book. I believe all women deserve the best care, from themselves, from their family and friends, and of course, from their doctors. My 🎙 podcast, Stay Healthy New England, and my 💻 e-course, Conquer Mystery Pain, aim to encourage those with chronic pain or who are plain curious about their health to educate themselves through multiple avenues. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🌸 Womanhood is a sisterhood and I invite each and every one of my readers to use what I have learned over the course of my career as a resource to better your lives. I understand that pelvic health is a very personal subject, and some people may not feel comfortable talking about it right away. That’s exactly why I’ve created this book, to get the conversation started! 🗣
