Today’s episode, “
Peace, Pie, and Zen Turkeys,” is all about creating a fun and peaceful holiday season — not by being the perfect holiday host, but by finding your Zen, and setting some boundaries while keeping your sanity and sense of humor intact.
Thanksgiving has a way of stirring up family drama and old wounds, and the stress of year end holidays in general.
But the holidays can be a lot more memorable when we let go of the drama, and bless and our homes with the most loving of intentions.
And we start by healing ourselves first, grounding our energies, and creating a “havingness” for family, friends and Zen turkeys.
I invite you to look forward to the holiday season with grace, with gratitude, great company, and a whole log of joy.
