He managed to come away with a 2nd place in AG in Aus, as well as an overall win in the standard distance in China. He chats to us about his outrageous travel there. What he loved and didn’t like about international race travel, and all the good times in between.

He also takes us in to what it’s like to have a significant other who’s just as high-performing, as well as excited, about triathlon as he is. Dale also shares his recipe to balance quality training, a good relationship, a busy job, and having a daughter.
