Peace, Love & Prosperity. Thank you for tuning in to the last episode of the Everybody Can't Go Podcast season 4 finale #2025 Wrap up episode.
On this very special episode this week's episode will feature a recap of the year #2025, the good the bad the ugly. From Jan up until the current events happening and taking place in December. The runtime of the episode is over 4 hours, Noo scripts, no jumbotrons, no prompters, no audience, no parks from the JBP podcast, no 200-million-dollar IHeart deal, just WillmaticTV raw, unfiltered, uncompromised, good old fashion podcasting at its purest form. I will say this, 2025 was NOT an easy year to cover as a podcaster & I lowkey feel like this is my kai Cenat moment looking back at this year, I need to get my mentals together for a bit serious detox situation if you catch my drift. I also do feel like audio only is probably not the best way to continue doing a podcast in the year 2026. With that being said obviously I want to rebrand, figure out some new innovative ways to deliver this product to the fans that tune in to listen to this show. cheers 93 episodes of the #ebcgpodcast NOW PRESS PLAY 👀▶️🔊

New music conversation about albums I'm currently looking forward too + albums I still haven't heard yet, brief Little Simz Amazon Songline Documentary review. Drake continues to troll Iceman album. Like a proud parent I take great pleasure in sitting back and listening to this week's episode, because quite frankly I really had to put this one together. Went in the studio to record this episode on November 12th after a strenuous workout session and wasn't too sure if I liked the energy of the pod. I say that to say this by the time I got back in the lab to record again so much shit transpired within time frame that this episode may quite possibly my most loaded episode as far as the number of topics covered.
Hot Topics: Max B is home, UPS Cargo Plane Crash, Marshawn Kneeland, Diddy gets caught, Tory Lanez appeal rejected, Grammy nominations 2026, New Music, Westside Gunn vs the WWE? TRump Tariff checks? NBA talks, Nico Harrison Fired by Dallas Mavericks, Buju Banton speaks, Prayers for Jesse Jackson, YE apology tour, Rihanna FEnty Beauty new milestone, Outkast inducted into "Rock N Roll" HOF, Steph Curry leaves under Armour? Peace, Love & Prosperity. Thank you for tuning in to this week's episode.
First episode of the second to last month of 2025 & we certainly have no shortage of topics to pull from this week. We start things off with an update on the government shutdown which then prompts me to check my EBT balance on the pod in real time. we transition into an uncomfortable conversation about our country's current financial & political climate and also a conversation about crypto currency and the significance of financial literacy. Prayers up to all those affected by hurricane Melissa. Then I react to a few headlines that made the news this week. Lakylia Taylor has been released on 250k bond after a dispute turned deadly. But were her actions justified? The son of Eugene Big U Henley, Jabari Henley was tragically gunned down in front of a LA smoke shop this past Halloween. Fugees rapper Pras ordered to pay $64 million to US government. More mass layoffs happening at UPS due to the surge of AI technology, 48,000 jobs to be more specific. My thoughts on what this all might mean for the future. Lil Durk wins $12 million in lawsuit amid m**der case. Hip Hop Is Dead? No Hip Hop songs on billboard first time since 1990. Camron sues J. Cole over "Ready 24" track. Drake back to back lawsuits? And more lawsuits. smh. All of that and alot more right here on the number one independent podcast in the world #ebcgpodcast.

So obviously there is a lot to discuss. After 30 days (to the date of recording episode) 1 month is borderline retirement in this space. Well with that being said I'm not sorry nor do I regret taking that time off. Man that 30-day spring break was some of the greatest non podcast having days of my life 😂I'll elaborate on that point some more during the intro of this episode. The formula hasn't changed, it's still NO scripts, No dockets, No cap🧢🚫Improved commentary & conversations at its purest form. You know like an actual podcast... (shots fired🤔 👀)

This week on the Everybody Can't Go Podcast:
First things first I definitely had to pop my shit on the intro catch y'all up to speed with what I got going on behind the scenes 👀
NBA all-star weekend was under whelming to say the least. however, this is the best podcast in the world so y'all already know I have take about it. Congratulations to Mac Mcclung for becoming the first time 3 X slam dunk champion, without a NBA contract🤔 In some other basketball news Luka Doncic continues to struggle with his new role on the Lakers.
Also, my reactions to: A$ap Rocky the found not guilty, Sean Combs sues NBC for $100m, all r*** charges against Jay-Z have officially been dropped.
New music: my reaction to the Drake & Party album "some sexy songs 4 u" 🤔was this shit a flop? + More accolades for Kendrick Lamar as he becomes the first rapper in history to surpass over 100m monthly listeners on Spotify 😳
Greetings earthlings 🛸Once again, I'M ON 🎙️Thank you for tuning in to another episode of the Everybody Can't Go Podcast🫡This week's episode short, sweet, and straight to the point. My recap of the 2025 Super Bowl 🏈 , congratulations to the #eagles for securing the win in dominate fashion 😳My reaction the historic #halftimeshow headlined by Hip Hop's very own Kendrick KDOT Lamar, and off course SZA who was the special guest. The Canelo Alvarez vs Bud Crawford super fight has officially been canceled 🚫 Some more fallout following the big NBA blockbuster trade that occurred last week, Did the Lakers steal Luka Doncic from the Mavericks 🤔Antony Davis out with an injury after only playing a total of 1 Game for the Dallas Mavericks. My reaction the latest NBA trades. We close the episode out with an uncomfortable conversation about "YE" (F.K.A) Kanye West 🤦🏾♂️All that and more right here on the number one independent podcast in the world. #EBCG
Peace, love & prosperity. Welcome to the official channel for the Everybody Can't Go Podcast.
This week's episode will be a full recap the 2025 Grammy award ceremony that took place this past weekend at the Crypto Arena. Some of the biggest and best moments from the night: Beyonce took home her first ever album of the year win making her the fourth Black woman in history to receive those honors. There were a plethora of performances and tributes throughout the night, Doechii definitely shut the stage down with her acrobatic performance, she also took home her First Grammy for best Hip Hop album. Then of course we have to talk about my guy Kendrick KDOT Lamar who is still coasting along on his victory lap. The Compton native swept all categories taking home 5 total Grammy wins for the night which places him as the 3rd most winningness Hip Hop artist of all time behind YE & Jay-Z who both also were in attendance as well.
However, the Grammy's took a backseat to this week's top story: The Dallas Mavericks, recently shocked the entire NBA universe with a bombshell trade that sent Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers in exchange for Anthony Davis who will now team up with Kyrie Irving on the Dallas Mavericks😳 My reaction to the latest NBA trades + much more right here on the # 1 independent podcast in the world the #EBCG
Peace ☮️ Love❤️🔥 & Prosperity 🤲🏿 welcome to the official channel of The Everybody Can't Go Podcast.
Ok so this is the situation, the year 2025 has been whooping my ass. I'm not even going to try to act like I haven't been completely drained, physically, mentally, and most significantly my spirit has been disturbed to say the least. But it's the Ying & and the Yang of life, we experience highs, and we also experience lows.
With that being said this episode is dedicated to the memory and legacy of Kobe Bryant, Gianna Bryant, John Altobelli, Keri Altobelli, Alyssa Altobelli, Christina Mauser, Sarah Chester, Payton Chester, who the world lost 5 years ago to the day as I'm sitting here typing out this description getting ready to upload this episode January, 26th is certainly a day that will forever be tattooed on the heart of willmatictv. 5 years ago, today I wouldn't even have been able to utter 2 or 4 words without completely breaking down because of that tragic accident, today, on the very same day I use it as FUEL "finish the job" ❗"Rest at the end not in the middle" THANK YOU.
We fast forward today and well the city of LA is literally on fire. My reaction to the #LaWildfires that unfortunately continue to burn. Eventually we make our way out of the dark after I hit the Duette's one time and get us back on track. We brush through some sports headlines, the NBA #Allstar game is around the corner and guess who is not excited? My thoughts on the current state of NBA All Star Weekend + NBA trade rumors + my recent FanDuel experience that restored my belief in gambling. Listen I'm not about to spoil the episode in the description but just know I absolutely have a whole lot of music to discuss during this 4 + hour episode.
First things first my reaction/prediction to some of the top nominations of the 2025 Grammy awards set to take place at the #cryptoarena Sunday Feb 2. New music? "Sorry Not Sorry" brand new #Joeybadass as the narrative of East Vs West continue to spread as rapidly as the wildfires. Aubrey Graham the artist formerly known as #Drake is back trending once again and it's not because he put out new music. Brand new "Drake" lawsuit just dropped, and that shit got the streets talking. My reaction to the details of the Drake vs #UMG lawsuit. Will that stop #Kendricklamar from preforming #NotLikeUs at the Superbowl? Probably not. Also, brand new #KingLos freestyle which prompts the discussion of where he falls in the greatest of all time conversation. Some additional topics: my new favorite television show #specialforces “world’s toughest test, Jim Jones & Camron at it again 🤦🏿♂️ I had enough of dj akademiks (recorded prior to recent controversy) 🫨 all of that plus a whole lot more right here on the Everybody Can't Go Podcast.
Peace love & prosperity & welcome to official channel for The Everybody Can't Go podcast. You could have been anywhere else on the internet but somehow you ended up here with me and for that I say thank you 🤲🏾
So, look, 2025 came out the gate swinging 🤦🏾♂️Only 1 week into the year (episode recorded Jan 6) & we already have had some major developments to the year thus far. Full transparency I had to go back into the lab with this one to punch in a few times because the news cycle has been that unpredictable. Off top prayers & condolences to all of the victims of the Los Angeles wildfires that have completely devastated several lives, homes, structures, and communities.
Unfortunately, the wildfires are just one of the several different events that have taken place thus far in 2025. A southwestern South Korea flight crashed, leaving at least 179 people dead. Also, the MTA continues to allow the inmates to run the asylum as, yet another victim has fallen due to lack of serious safety/security measures. We start the episode a little morbid so at some point I get us out of the darkness and we have some new music to discuss this week as well.
Joey Bada$$ set the tone for 2025 with the Rulers back freestyle that had the internet in a frenzy. more specifically TDE artist Ray Vaughn & Daylght (TDE affiliate) who both put out response tracks. But what does this all mean? Are we on the brink of another East Coast Vs West Coast war in HipHop? Or is all just friendly competition? New music from who? Drake? My reaction the fighting Irish freestyle. All of that and much more right here on the number 1 independent podcast on the world wide web. #EBCGPODCAST
