The Foot Book Podcast

In my more than twenty-seven years of practice as a foot and ankle specialist, I have had the privilege of helping thousands of people attain better health from the ground up. This book is dedicated to everyone who puts their feet in my hands. It is my hope that this book can help others achieve better foot and ankle health, which can then support healthy activities and the ability to work in jobs that require standing, walking, or climbing. This book is not designed to be a medical reference text. It is a compendium of the knowledge and experience I have gained from over a quarter century of foot and ankle care. It focuses on the most common conditions that I see on a regular basis as a practitioner. Where possible, I keep the medical jargon to a minimum to make the text understandable to the general public. I hope you find this information valuable. I welcome any and all questions and comments from readers. I can be reached at info@danburypodiatrist.com.
