My job is to raise money, and I used to ask people to give their money to Opportunity International Australia.

Why do people give to charities?
It comes down to what they are trying to achieve in this world, and what their values are.
Doing what you have always done can be helpful, but if something changes perhaps your old habits are no longer serving you.

There is a generous way to be refreshingly honest.
Your purpose is not normally discovered somewhere "out there", but usually where you are right now.
There are little things that you can do today, right where you are to help uncover what your purpose is.
You go where you focus.
So are you aiming to do something or are you aiming to not do something. It sounds like a small thing, but it can make the world of difference.

The opposite of love is note hate, it is fear.
Fear destroys. It is stingy.
Love is outrageously generous.
When you make a mistake, what do you hope for - justice, mercy or grace?

How and why something happened is not as important as what you do next.
Blame is not helpful. A plan to overcome the issue is.

Yes and no. I like to think of it to be more like a web. A generous web.
