Welcome back!
I'm very excited for this episode because I get to sit down with someone I hold very close to me, my Angel Valerie Ramirez. The creative field isn't deemed this successful path to most people, but both of us have continued to follow what we love. One thing I truly appreciate about people like Val, is that they care so much, they're willing to be brutally honest to help someone they care about see another version of the truth that often times many of us hide from. It's unreal to think that people are not afraid, insecure, or intimidated by following their dreams with the social pressures they live within. The journey is difficult sometimes, but going through each level allows us to appreciate the lessons as we move to the next phase. Val works with the youth and the guidance I've seen her place on her students has also helped me have better gauge in helping people in my field. Awareness is something she really brought more of into my life. Finding your calling sounds complicated, but she breaks it down so easy! Enjoy this segment <3

Welcome back!! This episode I'll be catching up with this barber icon, Los_cut_it . Los is from Chicago and the first time I came across his page was when I was getting into barbering. almost 11 years later, I've been lucky enough to build a great friendship with him as we travel on the Babyliss team together. He's an expert in all aspects of barbering and found a way to use his impatience to build extra skills that now has made him a super well rounded artist. We cover so many great topics in this episode and as great as Los is, he also shares a few things about what he's also working on himself with social media. How much is too much? Have a listen and enjoy!

Hi Everyone!
My first guest is a dear friend of mine. Over the last few years, I've watched him grow into this new realm of clientele. It is not always the easiest road, but when you hear about what he has gone through, you will develop an even deeper appreciation for why he is so committed to his craft. This story is deep and I am so happy that he was able to be so courageous to share the darkest parts of his life. He's worked insanely hard for many years now to perfect each of his cuts and because of that, it led him to have the confidence to approach and eventually be the go-to barber for the NFL. Now, he regularly takes care of some of the best in the game and I am sure he is not stopping anytime soon. He drops some gems in this episode about social media and the importance of why having this online portfolio is so important to his business. Enjoy!
