This week, I went to Kansas City to celebrate New Year’s Eve, where Felicia and I kicked off 2026 by writing down a few goals and playing Drink or Tell (or Drink or Spill—we’re honestly still unsure). Tune in to hear what we drank, what we spilled, and whether we actually achieved those goals… you’ll find out next week.
This week, we're talking about what to do before the year ends so we can walk into 2026 feeling like the best, hottest, most grounded version of ourselves. I'm sharing a few things I'll personally be doing as we close out 2025 - and hopefully you can do a couple of these ideas for yourself too. I hope you enjoy!
This week, I'm telling you about the time I got pulled over three times in one week. I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not. Please tell me someone can relate? Enjoy hahahha
This week, I’m telling you what went down when I went back to my hometown and immediately remembered why I don’t go out there.
Airport chaos, ex sightings, men shoving, and the worst anxiety I’ve had in a LONG time.
This episode scares me (but here we are) 🩷
This week's episode is a little different - I'm officially an audiobook. I recently wrote my very first article and shared it on Substack. Instead of making you read it, I decided to read it to you. We're unpacking self-sabotage, why we cling to people who are no longer good for us (and never were to begin with), and the reason why it is so hard to let go. If you also can't have 2 drinks without calling your ex-boyfriend, then this one's for you. Now go delete his number!!!
Hello everyone, and welcome back to another episode! This week I'm back in my hometown... which is always an interesting time. I was looking for a sweatshirt in my old closet and ended up finding a bunch of my clothes from college. And of course, I started remembering all the times and places I wore them and basically went down a whole memory lane spiral.
So in this episode, we're going through some of those clothes and the versions of me that existed when I wore them. I hope you enjoy hahaha
This week, your girl had two martinis, and this episode was made. Do what you want with that information. I hope you enjoy!
TW: Today’s episode is one I’ve wanted to talk about for a long time, but never knew how to start. As much as I love being a woman, there are moments where existing feels like a consequence. We can’t walk alone at night, we can’t trust a rideshare by ourselves, we can’t step outside without being stared at, catcalled, or hit with inappropriate comments—and it’s all become so normalized.
I just wish we lived in a world where women were truly respected, where our safety wasn’t a daily calculation, and where our experiences weren’t brushed off as “just how it is.”
That’s what today’s episode is about. As always, my DMs are open, and please know: I will always believe you.

This weekend was Halloweekend, aye aye AYEEEEEE!!! Basically, I got into a full-on fight with Uber Eats over a caramel latte, dads were involved, people are saying I have a country accent, you should never give me things when I'm drunk, and... I'm seriously considering getting a reading from an Etsy witch.
Hello you guys...this week I was kind of somewhat insane. And that's ok. I went on a trolley which led me to getting on a stranger's party bus. I went to high school with them... or did I? Guess you'll have to listen in to find out.
This week, we're taking a trip back two years to when I was figuring out podcasting and trying to find my niche. My saint of a friend let me interview her while I was learning the ropes - and yes, it shows. This episode is a little chaotic, I'm hungover, and I honestly have no clue what I'm talking about half the time. But it's weird, funny, and worth a listen. ENJOY!
This week, I’m hungover and anxious—as I’m sure you can tell by the title. I’m experiencing my first hangover in a month, and I’m having flashbacks as I speak. Tune in to hear about the bar I’m sad I didn’t get to go into, plus lots more random things along the way…
This week I am taking you through one of the scariest nights of my life. We are discussing the time my friend’s ex-boyfriend tried to break into her home while we were staying home alone… and yes, it was as terrifying as it sounds. But before that, we are talking a lot about squashes, how I haven’t gone out in 4 weeks, and lots more. Tis the spooky season I guess.
This weekend, my family came into town!!! I like to call it the ultimate girls' weekend with my mom and sister - aka my two besties. We toured the city, watched movies, and even pulled off a little birthday surprise. This was one of my favorite weekends, and I can't wait for you to hear all about it.
In this week’s episode we’re diving into all things therapy, because trust me, I know how intimidating and even scary the word therapy can sound. I wanted to give you some insight into what therapy is really like, why I think it’s so important, and share my own journey with it. I’ll also be ending with a little tip a therapist once taught me that’s helped me become more aware of my anxiety. I hope you enjoy this episode and maybe even walk away feeling a little more open to therapy yourself.

This week ladies and gentlemen, we're diving into some of my most memorable (and questionable) moments with men. From ex-boyfriends to one-sided situationships, nothing is off the table. I even willingly shared the time I thought I could magically be good at wakeboarding just to impress a guy...and, spoiler alert, it was a miserable fail. Don't worry - these stories are all at least a year old, so consider it safe to laugh at my past self...

This past weekend was supposed to be full of self-care and no public outings, but the world had other things in store for me. A party at the Virgin Hotels and lots of Powerball tickets. Tune in to hear how my quiet weekend spiraled into a rooftop party.

This week’s episode is a little all over the place—partly because I’m still recovering from some mystery sickness, which means my brain and my words are extra jumbled (more than usual, if that’s even possible). We’re recapping my New York City weekend, where a few gentlemen surprised me with three genuinely nice gestures, I managed to get myself locked in a bathroom, caused my standard amount of chaos at the airport, and of course… so much more.

This week we are talking all about girl code and what being a girls’ girl truly means. This topic is so, so important to me, and I think as women there are certain rules to girl code that we should all know, follow, and be aware of. Cheers to being a woman!!

This week I am tipsy. Sometimes we just need to replace our morning coffee with an espresso martini and not ask any questions. We are talking about my drunk baby voice, the thief that I apparently become in the middle of the night, my questions on Carole Baskin, and of course, my ongoing problems I had with men this week. I suggest you pour yourself a drink for this one. Cheers!
