Do you have a hard time accepting yourself? Have trouble fitting in and think there’s something wrong with you? Do you regularly feel resentment toward others? Feel misunderstood, especially when your emotions are heightened? I’m thrilled you’re here! This podcast will help you calm the internal chatter, set boundaries, and celebrate how you were created so you can build confidence and cultivate the true connections you crave. Hi, my name is Allyssya and I’m a Highly Sensitive Woman. For decades, I struggled to believe I am worthy of taking up space in the world. I listened to society’s rules for how I “should” be or feel, I made myself small to accommodate others, and I tried to put myself in a box just to fit in. I finally realized if I wanted peace and to be understood, I needed to accept who I am and show that amazing woman to others. I learned to challenge those old beliefs, stop worrying so much about what others think of me, and step outside my comfort zone so I could confidently live a life I created instead of one chosen for me. If you’re ready to let go of self-doubt, find your voice, and live with internal peace and bold confidence, grab your cozy blanket and get comfy, it’s time to connect with someone just like you!
