Episode 61 dives hard into the “Beyond” part of Island Green & Beyond. The boys set up shop in Todd’s legendary basement: From there it’s pure chaos in the best way possible.

They swap stories about daylight savings confusion (including parents with two watches and clocks set 20 minutes fast), memory hacks from Jim Kwik, and how brain tricks might actually help you remember names in your weekend foursome. Then it’s all-in on PEI Halloween drama: trick-or-treating getting moved for weather, being the “big chocolate bar house,” potato and apple handouts, UNICEF money mysteriously “compounding,” and kids running complex candy-arbitrage routes across counties.

Eventually, they stumble back toward sports with a cathartic breakdown of the Blue Jays–Dodgers World Series: superstition, blown leads, wild moments, payroll rants, and the eternal debate of loyalty vs ring-chasing. There’s even a quick nod to King of the Hill at Glasgow to remind everyone this is still technically a golf podcast.

The boys are back with new audio gear and the same kitchen-table energy! After a reasonably significant hiatus Len & Chris return for the 53rd episode with special guest Alison Griffin-Waddell, Executive Director of the PEI Golf Association.

These two great guys stayed with Len for a week while Dundarave hosted the PGA TOUR Canada's PEI Open event. Stay tuned for more episodes (and less drinks from Len) in the coming weeks! 

We had such a blast last week with Evan we decided to recruit one of his partners in crime and get Mike Favier on the podcast. Great talking to these two young lads and Mike certainly has some great stories and a great memory as well. The guys talk a little about their favorite swing tips, what's going on locally around the golf courses, and some more stories of the Medicine Hat junior trip come out as well. It's a dandy, enjoy folks! 

They say that you only get one chance to make a first impression. This weeks guest, Evan Stewart, made an incredible first impression on Len by ironically impersonating the former British Open first tee announcer Ivor Robson. Evan joins Len for the entire episode and they discuss a very wide range of golf subjects from his current role at Belfast Highland Greens, to going to the nationals and the first time his Dad watched him golf. A ton of laughs are had and a big shoutout to Dan Martell as he's not only mentioned a ton during the episode, but we drop a sample of his music at the end of the episode. Enjoy! 

If you were like Len who, living in PEI wasn't sure who Dave Williamson is, listen up. He's 2020 NS player of the year, former PGA Tour Canada player, 2008 NS AND NB Amateur Champion (in addition to 2010 Am champ in NS), and a Junior Champion up the wazoo. The best part about meeting with Dave however was his memory. Stories about playing against Adam Hadwin, buddies with Joel Dahmen, and stories about last weeks guest Anthony Warren. This guy was a beauty to listen to and the stories are fantastic. Nick + Len have a bunch of Masters talk of course and of course some local updates. Enjoy folks.
