Tom first made his mark in the pool, representing Team USA at the 2008 Paralympics in Beijing. Over his career as a swimmer, he smashed eight American records, set two Pan-American records, and collected more than a dozen international medals along the way. But if you thought that was impressive, Tom was just getting started. Switching to CrossFit took his competitive career to another level. To date, he has been crowned “Fittest Seated on Earth” an incredible nine times, cementing his legacy as one of adaptive sport’s most dominant and inspiring athletes.
