In this episode, I talk about how to build and refine a business model that truly supports your nervous system, mental health, and well-being in 2026.
We often hear that our business should “scale” or “grow,” but what if the real goal is to build something sustainable that fits your energy, values, and life? I offer five practical reflections to help you create or reshape your business model so that it feels calm, creative, and deeply aligned with who you are.
We’ll explore how to balance what you want to offer with what people need, how to look honestly at your personal limitations, how to meet clients where they are at and how to stay attuned to wider global shifts like AI and the desire for human connection.
This episode is the first of my 2026 series celebrating sustainable, gentle and creative business practices as well as the launch of my new group program ROOTED. You can learn more and join us here: https://pinkwellstudio.com/rooted/

In this solo episode, I share what redefining wealth and success looks like for me as we move into 2026. It feels like a time when many of us are questioning what we truly want our businesses and lives to feel like, not just what they look like from the outside.
I talk about aligning with the seasons and letting winter be a time for rest, reflection, and dreaming before we move toward the light of spring. I share what I’m orienting to in my own work this year: nervous system regulation, pleasure, community resilience, and a deeper sense of abundance in everyday life.
For me, wealth now means spaciousness, connection, learning, and honesty. It’s the freedom to run a business without manipulation or hustle, and to feel safe and creative no matter what changes come.
I also reflect on how success grows from knowing our long-term calling and tending to the foundations of our work. I hope this episode helps you think about what success feels like in your body and what kind of wealth you want to nurture this year.

In today’s solo episode, I’m sharing what I’ve learned after nine years of podcasting, hundreds of conversations, and the decision I made back in 2020 to leave Instagram and focus almost entirely on podcasting and newsletters.
If you’ve been curious about becoming a podcast guest or if you’re already pitching yourself but not getting many yeses, then this episode is for you. I’m sharing the behind-the-scenes of what hosts actually look for, why so many cold pitches fall flat, and how to approach podcast outreach in a way that feels ethical, relational, and grounded in shared values.

It's a two episode week! I am excited to bring another interview with my good friend Sophy Dale to you. She is magical with words, but also incredible at finding introvert-friendly, sustainable ways to do business. Here is some of what we talked about:
Sophy Dale is a relationship marketing mentor, copywriter and an expert in storytelling, community-building and brand messaging. She works with small business owners around the world to help them to find a steady stream of referrals, recommendations and repeat business. She qualified as a Relational Dynamics Coach back in 2009 and has been working with service-based business owners - especially coaches, consultants, therapists and designers - since 2017.

I really want to normalise conversations about business mistakes because un-shaming is hot and wonderful!
In this solo episode, I share three stories about where I fumbled in my own business journey — and what it took to forgive myself and grow through it.
I explore:
the times I didn’t protect my boundaries (and didn’t get paid enough)
how Instagram drained me more than it helped — until I shifted away
the cost of undervaluing my time
I’m not sharing these as cautionary tales, but as invitations to reflect and be kinder to the version of you who was just trying their best.

In this solo episode, I’m guiding you through how to create your own Ethical Marketing Manifesto — a personal compass for showing up in your work with more clarity, gentleness, and integrity.
This isn’t about following a blue print or doing what I am doing, it’s about reconnecting with what’s true for you, noticing what feels off, and crafting your own language, pace, and way of inviting others into your world.
I share the questions I ask myself, what values underpin my work, and how to write a manifesto that you’ll actually return to when things get overwhelming.

I'm so happy to send you an interview full of joy, playfulness and meaningful perspectives. Talking to Zoë of Runa made me feel alive & hopeful and honestly that is the most precious thing right now! Here is some of what we talked about:
Zoë says: I’m a ritual artist and cultural organizer with over a decade of experience in popular education, participatory design, and collective care. Since 2020, I’ve been immersed in the study and practice of ritual, ancestral inquiry, and trauma-informed grief work. Through RUNA, I offer ritual mentorship by co-creating personalized ritual games and am actively building a health and care network that connects communities in the U.S. and Brazil. I live in Curitiba, Brazil, on the ancestral lands of the Guarani, Kaingang, and Xetá peoples.

In this episode I am talking about a book I recently read that really inspired me - Everything for Everyone by M. E. O'Brien and Eman Abdelhadi. It made me think about the ways in which I imagined grown up life as a young person, about the things that have come to be and the importance of nurturing radical imagination in these painful and uncertain times.
I am also sharing what I found in an eight year old wish jar!

This was a wonderful listener question and I am so happy to share with you the exact process I have taken myself through when I launched my new magic called Glimmer Portal this spring (check it out over here: https://glimmerportal.com/) The first part of this episode is all about radical dreaming, articulating desires and making smart lists and the second part is structured guidance around the practical next steps you can take from there.

Sorry for the unexpected pause! I am back and coming to you with the wonderful Eli Trier, my guest for the third (!) time. Eli is such a source of joy and inspiration and I am so excited for you to meet her, if you haven't already. Here is what we talked about:
Elinor Trier is a neuroqueer AuDHD artist, writer, podcaster, YouTuber, dopamine dealer, and founder of Elinor Trier Studio and Zuzu’s Haus of Cats, where she creates artwork that celebrates ‘otherness’, reminding you that you're not the 'odd one out', you're 'one of a kind’. Her artwork is in private collections worldwide, and her ideas have been featured in multiple media outlets, including the Nautilus Silver Award-winning book Creatrix: She Who Makes. She reads ten books a week (the only hint of savant-ism her autism has given her), snorts when she laughs (it’s adorable!), and might actually be a pile of cats in a sparkly trench coat.
