As we come to the end of mental health awarenesss month, we have a splendid conversation with one, Mary Monari. A leader, teacher, friend, bringer of fun and happiness and most importantly a human being. We centre on how, asking for help while dealing with mental health challengesis no sign of weakness, but a greater determination to get better not just for the teams you are in as a leader or the led, but most importantly for YOU.
It has been a beautiful month of conversation and raising awareness on the challenge that is mental health.

While we are still in May, we pick from where we left off last week andwe continue the conversation on mental health and how it affects those who in leadership positions and even those being led.
Are you a leader or under a leader who just so happens to struggle with mental health? What do you do in such a situation? Approach or disengage? What are the signs to look out for? So many questions!! Let is find out!
The frustration of waiting to start again, the constant overthinking, the constant doubt, the constant fear, the constant thoughts of what people would think. Have you ever had such an instance? I am here to try and make it easier to START AGAIN. It is indeed a scary process, no doubt, but we are hopefully yet because the process, The leader process for that matter requires us to start again and again and again. Would you take sometime to Start Again.
I am sure you have made more than one new year's resolution for 2021, after the kind of year 2020 proved to be. What is the question was thrown to you, what would you have done to make 2020 better as a leader? What would be your response? So before we run into the new resolutions, how about we tackle the old ones? No New YOU
2020 Is finally coming to an end and we have been unpacking a whole lot under the scope of three episodes, as for this year, this is the season finale for The Leader Process podcast and on our 10th episode we just want to reflect on a whole host of things, before we all dive into the festivities. It is indeed beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
In light of our very long previous episode, that was literally packed with so much information, just like they year 2020, we found that we had so many packed instances that make us feel a bit clattered. So we unpacked them into a couple of pointers that, WE(the leader in process) have found worthy of taaking note.
Would you spare a few minutes to listen in?
Last week we had a chance to get to know the members of the team and the various roles these people play in bringing you weekly episodes of the leader process podcast. As stated before, this is not the situation room but more like the anniversary room where we invite you to rock with us, will you?
Wow!!! We are a year older tomorrow and we are so excited to reach this milestone together through the fear through the tears. We are so excited for the next year as we get better. We love you!
Leadership is growth and growth is organic. Once things stop growing they start to die. This happens even in our own leadership spaces however big or small we may deem it and that directly affects who we are and what we do. You may ask, how do we keep our teams alive? Listen in to find out.
This week we take a look at the various theories behind this leadership journey that we are on. You might say I am not a leader but You lead yourself through your own life everyday thus making you, yes, you guessed it a LEADER!!!!
So why not take a chance?
Yours In Process,
Enjoy!!!
