He talks about where you place that value and how you give that value to others. It’s possible to know who you are and move forward with confidence without becoming arrogant and full of yourself. Sometimes this is something that can be a struggle. We believe in the blue-collar world or the trade world that we become unaware that other people don’t know what it takes to get the job done and quite frankly, we can take that and wear it as a badge of honor that we do know.
