E312 - Sazerac Full Proof Rye

It seems like just yesterday that we were tasting and reviewing the 100 proof version of Sazerac Rye which "was" the newest permanent edition to the Saz lineup. However, that all changed a couple weeks ago when Sazerac Full Proof Rye made its debut. This new and permanent offering from Buffalo Trace comes in at 125 proof and is said to be comprised of barrels that are aging in some of the best parts of the rickhouses. Join us for this short as we taste and review this new offering. In this episode, Anthony blinds the fellas with another pour that sparks some good discussion. 90, 100, and now 125 proof? What's missing? Maybe the next offering can be at 107 proof and be called "Old Sazerac Antique."
