Weight training is the most daunting, confusing and overwhelming thing in the world if you're a beginner. There's so many machines that look like death traps, so many different exercises to choose from, so many people that look like they know more than you & are waiting for you to make a mistake.

I get it, I've been there. The thing that held me back for years what not asking for help or researching what I should do to train properly. Instead, I went it alone and guessed my way through it for years, earning myself nothing but injuries and a bruised ego.

In this episode of the Master Your Body Podcast, I go through how exactly to spend your first 2 years in the gym so you get the maximum possible results from your time in the gym.
