The Todd Gosden Team of Compass Mortgage has done over 400 transactions so far this year and as Todd tells it that's all do to his 33 touch program.
Really it's so much more than a 33 Touch program, the magnitude at this point requires a full time team member to run operations on the touch program but Todd doesn't just systematize relationships, he actively builds them every day.
