After seeking for a way to manage her anxiety and stress, Erika stumbled upon Kundalini meditation and breathwork and after only three minutes of practice, she was hooked. She immediately felt relief and a state of peace. She knew she had to share this far and wide. She uses mindfulness techniques, gratitude practices with the ancient practice of Kundalini which combines breathwork and meditation. Many people often say they were never able to meditate before trying one of Erika’s classes. She has a way of breaking down meditations and breathwork so that you can finally calm your mind and body. Erika has created an app that reaches individuals all over the globe who tune in daily for their meditation practice. She is also the host of Evolve by Erika the Podcast.

Dr. Natalia Rappa is a holistic psychologist. Her private practice focuses on working with adolescents and adults in transitional life phases dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. She holds a doctoral degree in school/clinical psychology from Hofstra University. She has specialized training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). In addition, she pursued further training in EMDR, an evidenced based treatment for trauma. She integrates these different approaches to meet the unique needs of each of her clients. The belief at the core of her work is that our mind and bodies want to heal and have an innate wisdom to do so. With a non-judgmental environment, strong therapeutic rapport, and supportive coping techniques, clients are able to access this wisdom within them.
