"Early to bed, early to rise..." Long before the invention of podcasts and personal trainers, wise men knew that sleep is essential.
"Healthy, wealthy, and wise" = goals, so join us for our conversation about sleep habits: the good, the bad, and the honest. nojokinexp@gmail.com
"All things work together for good..." So begins Romans 8:28. We hear that portion of the verse often but there's actually more to that verse, and a whole lot more to the concept BEHIND that verse.

‘Tis the season—butchering deer, butchering words (but that’s always in season), bonfires, apple cider, and dropping donuts.
We've heard "In God we trust." Have we given "In us God trusts" very much consideration? In the Parable of the Talents, a merchant puts talents into the hands of his servants to see what they will do with them. May we all be good and faithful servants with the things that God has placed into our care.
All this dovetails perfectly with training for a marathon and questioning whether anyone has really ever gone to the moon. Join in and let us amaze you with our talent of tying it all together.
Fall is in the air, and change can be a good thing. We discuss our new church service schedule, as well as our new church music rotation that features Steve playing the drums.
In the midst of change, God and His Word are a constant. We wrap with a discussion of Bible verses that mean a lot to us personally. As always, we invite you to join the discussion! What verses have carried you though different seasons of your life? nojokinexp@gmail.com
"Time is filled with swift transitions, none on earth unmoved can stand! Build your hope on things eternal. Hold to God's unchanging hand."
God is with us throughout every change. Not only is He with us, He is often the one orchestrating the changes that propel us through our lives. What can seem like an upheaval might just be a reset to get us ready for a miracle.
Jesus is the answer... but what are the questions? We offer questions asked throughout the Bible.
What did we miss? nojokinexp@gmail.com
All right! After a busy week we are are cutting it short. First we quick-walk through the weekend's events. Then we journey into thoughts about (and we playback segments from) episode 30, which was recorded a year ago. During episode 30 I got the phone call telling me my dad passed away. Listen till the end as we share a little bit about my dad's testimony.
We love y'all and God bless,
Nick
In this week's episode, we dive in some major events from the last few days. Following that, the question is (questions are) if we could... would we? Now we're asking you. Would you if you could? Let us know at nojokinexp@gmail.com.
We would love to hear from you.
As we approach the anniversary of 9/11, we look back and identify the first big news story that each of us remember. 📰
🗞️News stories are still rolling out though, so we connect the dots between ⚫️past and present⚫️. We touch briefly on the Detroit Lions, the Department of War, Big Pharma, Epstein, what liquids would we want coming from our fingers 🫵on demand, and of course, church news.
What news story is embedded in your mind forever? Share it with us at nojokinexp@gmail.com. May we never forget!🇺🇸
Happy Labor Day!! We hope you all had a great summer, but summer is officially coming to a close, and school is back in session. Tune in as we reminisce and flash back to the days when we were in school. 📚🚌📖

What is this, 20 Questions?? Yes, actually. That's exactly what it is.
Listen as we use weapons such as deductive reasoning, the process of elimination, strategic questioning, and handy dandy Bible knowledge to try to figure out what's going on in our friends' minds.
That's not all...
--Possums, bats, and Polish horseshoes, oh my!
--Freedom vs. safety, the age-old debate
--What is Cracker Barrel coming to? An anguished cry
How did you do with Bible 20 Questions? Did you get in sync with us quicker than we did? If that question makes sense, then the answer is yes.
Write and let us know! nojokinexp@gmail.com
Hey, we can't all be King David or the Apostle Paul. Today we look at some lesser known heroes and some supporting characters of the Bible--individuals who may not have appeared in Bible headlines or in your Sunday School class, but who had a profound impact on the Kingdom of God nonetheless.
Not many people know their names, but they did what was right before God... and we can relate to that.
