More driver rankings means more opinions on those rankings. Since we aren’t really WEC media we can have hot takes on BOP and how it’s being done. We want Penske to do everything. The Iron Dames have reformatted, Genesis is still concerning us, and Will Power finally moved to Andretti.
2025 was the craziest year in the show’s short life, but honestly it was the craziest year in any of our lives too. Re-live the highlights of all FOURTEEN races we went to.
The Autosport top 50 was absolute robbery. Matt Campbell and Laurens Vanthoor were the biggest victims. But, shockingly, Nicole had a passionate defense of all 9 Ferrari Hypercar drivers. We have opinions about pretty much everyone on the list. Let us know if you agree!
Kyffin Simpson to Tower. WEC lineups galore. Asian Le Mans Series Sepang. Indycar superlicese points and independent officiating. And coffee, lots of coffee.
We are a film and coffee review podcast now. Not really, but we do talk about coffee and review the Bahrain episode of Full Access. We also have a lot of thoughts about the upcoming WEC and IMSA lineups. And Ares really likes numbers.
We are back to normal after our crazy episode with Kévin last week. Since it's the off-season, we are trying out some new things, including a longer, less planned out episode. Don't worry, thought, its still mostly about sportscars and Porsche.
Kevin Estre: Porsche Factory Driver, 2024 F1 World Champion (ok not really, but actually WEC Hypercar Champion), Guest on The Orange Flag Podcast.
We talked food, family, music, and of course racing. There is even a wild story about Le Mans 2018.
Auston went to the Daytona test. Listener Q&A with a really cool insider answer. The Macau GP happened. Porsche replaced WEC with FE?
Some of us (Ares) won big, and some of us (Auston and Nicole) lost a lot. It was Kévin Estre’s last race in WEC with PPM, so of course we spent a long time talking about Dylan Estre’s winning weekend in the Ultimate Cup Series, because this weekend he was the superior brother on results. Nicole and Auston took some time to reflect on the three year journey with PPM, and what’s next.
It’s time to say goodbye to Porsche Penske Motorsport in WEC, which we actually barely talk about, so don’t worry it’s not a funeral episode!
We go “Inside the Vanthoors” but it’s just the film review. Did the spectacle win or lose in NASCAR? And Nicole has a movie she really wants everyone to watch.
Laurin Heinrich is finally getting his shot to race in a 963. Zachary Vanier is the PCCNA nominee to become a Porsche Junior (good luck Zachary!) Kévin Estre needs to talk to Laurens Vanthoor about shipping merch. Fuji Full Access film review. And more theories and drama about lineups and series.
There isn’t much going on for a while, if you ignore NASCAR and F1. But luckily Nicole went to the USGP at COTA so we have some F1 stuff to talk about. Obviously it gets derailed into talking about sportscars a bunch too.
Porsche Penske Motorsport swept the IMSA GTP titles. We were at the race and actually got to celebrate with the team so it almost felt like we were part of it. We interviewed Mathieu Jaminet, Tom Blomqvist, and Nick Tandy (and had a defintitely not an interview recorded chat with Matt Campbell).
Zebras do in fact have legs, and we are bringing one to Petit. Kévin Estre’s name is finally spelled correctly on our merch, and the series is finally correct on his merch. We have reasons for not wanting him (or Matt Campbell) to go to McLaren, partially orange based. Though there might be hidden signs he’s going anyway.
The WEC race in Fuji had us on the edge of our seats… all for different reasons. Japan brought out the crazy side of the PPM boys on Instagram. Laurens Vanthoor is anti-French, but Kévin Estre is very French. (Look Kévin, we did it right!) The 35 Alpine won the race, still not sure how. More Porsche rumors, Max Verstappen is a sportscar driver, and Indycar has a schedule.
A guide for David Malukas fans who aren't entirely comfortable with being a Penske fan, because, well, we've been there.
"Silly Season" in the World Endurance Championship is in full swing, and we have a lot of ideas, even if we don't agree with each other on them.
And the IMSA Battle On The Bricks just left everyone feeling...confused?
Kevin Estre knows how to use jumper cables, and other things we learned from the Suzuka 1000 KM race. ELMS at Silverstone drew a record crowd... or maybe not? The stories from our WEC weekend at COTA that we forgot to tell you. And Auston shares music tastes with a surprising driver.
By "we" obviously we mean Kevin Estre, Matt Campbell, Laurens Vanthoor and the Porsche Penkse Motorsport Car # 6 team. But honestly the way the weekend went, it felt like we won.
Stories from the paddock, autograph sessions, PPM Garage, grid walk, and more.
Plus interviews with Dries Vanthoor, Phil Hanson, Jules Gounon, Malthe Jakobsen, and Kevin Estre.
Carson Hocevar says eating Chilis makes your faster in the race, Kevin Estre disagrees. Discussions on the 24 Hours of Zolder, GTWC Europe and Asia, Indycar season finale in Nashville, and the start of the NASCAR playoffs.
Porsche Penske Motorsport finally told us what we all suspected, Matt Campbell and Mathieu Jaminet will be racing at COTA. Film review of the WEC Full Access Brazil episode. F1 IndyCar and Superlicenses. NASCAR Trucks are going to St. Pete.
