The POZCAST: Decoding Success with Adam Posner
BEST OF: Tom Bilyeu: Lessons in Love & Web3 - Live from Veecon 2023 (E280)
First aired 7/21/23 I am thrilled to welcome someone that I hold in the highest regard and deeply respect for HOW he conducts himself in the world, Tom Bilyeu! He is the co-founder of the 2014 Inc. 500 company Quest Nutrition — a unicorn startup valued at over $1 billion — and the co-founder and host of Impact Theory. Tom’s mission is the creation of empowering media-based IP and the acceleration of mission-based businesses. Personally driven to help people develop the skills they will need to improve themselves and the world, Tom intends to use commerce to address the dual pandemics of physical and mental malnourishment. Tom is a forever student of life. His obsession with mastering skills has molded him into a well-rounded leader, battle-hardened and unafraid to fire moonshots. He is a relentless agent for change, here to see how far he can push his own potential and the potential of others. Fun fact, Tom's Impact Theory NFT project was the first NFT that I purchased! Check out our live sit-down interview from Gary Vee's Veecon 2023 in May in Indianapolis, Indiana. You can learn more about Tom here: https://impacttheory.com/ And watch the full interview with Tom: https://youtu.be/AwPUqJp655U Full Veecon Day 3 Vlog: https://youtu.be/BV2zwehlGfc Check out a free demo today! https://bit.ly/2Fbm/BZ Thanks for listening, and please follow us on Insta @NHPTalent and X @AdamJPosner.eth For more, please visit www.thePOZcast.com Thanks for listening!

BEST OF: Perfecto Sanchez: A Life of Service & Impact (E236)
First aired 11/04/22 Perfecto Sanchez is a decorated military veteran with two combat tours to Iraq, who was originally born and raised in NYC by way of a tough Jamaican mom and later, West Point. He has over 10 years of corporate marketing and impact strategy experience, from launching Kraft’s most successful innovation to date, to launching Brooklyn’s first Organic Christmas Tree Company. Perfecto currently serves as the Founder and CEO of Keep The Change; an impact strategy shop that serves a wide portfolio of clients across the U.S. from household name brands and foundations to national institutions and international nonprofits. Not to mention he was the first American to row across the North Sea, a project to raise awareness for Ocean Sustainability. This Episode’s Heavy-hitter’s: Perfecto was a Lieutenant straight out of Westpoint Academy, which put him in a position where he was challenged to earn the respect of his unit. He was also replacing a Lieutenant that had just been killed in action, and had an immensely respectable reputation. In other words, very big boots to fill. Originally, Perfecto did not want to make the documentary Against The Odds about his unit’s experience in Ramadi, Iraq. But after turning it down multiple times, he understood that it wasn’t about his own fame, but was rather about telling the story of his soldiers and the families of those who were lost. Per usual, Perfecto attributes his massive success leading the growth of Mio, which grew to a $100M+ company, to his team. To this day, they’re all still on a text thread together, even though they’re no longer on the same team. Interestingly enough– Perfecto actually borrows from his engineering background in leading his “Keep The Change” consulting company. He forms strategies around finding the “critical point” from which the most value can be created. This ones just a cool full-circle moment; Perfecto helped create a campaign with Budweiser where they emergency dropped pallets of beer to veterans out of a C130 aircraft. He got to connect with the veterans and see some finally get a welcome home that they were so overdue for. Special Bonus – The HEAVIEST Hitter: Without giving it away, we get some wisdom at the end of this episode from the woman who started it all: Perfecto’s Grandmother, who raised him. It starts at timestamp 44:48, you don’t want to miss it. Learn more about Perfecto and his organization at www.morechange.co

BEST OF: Jordan Harbinger: Master Storyteller and Top Podcast Host Distilling Untapped Wisdom from the World's Top Humans (E128)
First Aired 1/30/21 On E128 of The POZcast, I’m joined by Jordan Harbinger, who hosts the Top Ranked iTunes podcast, “The Jordan Harbinger Show” with over 11 million monthly downloads. Jordan and I kick it off by talking about his early career, and his first endeavor into coaching and helping people learn the art of networking, relationship building and self-improvement. In 2018, Jordan started a new show completely on his own. That same year, he had amassed a huge following which led to his recognition by Apple. Jordan and I discuss some of my favorite interviews that he’s held, as well as some of his most memorable moments. From Kobe Bryant to Anthony S. Luciano recounting mob hits coordinated against the pope, Jordan has dissected his fair share of crazy stories. We also talk about the responsibilities that a podcast host has to their listeners, including the spread of information, when to be objective and when to call out a guest for lack of transparency, and how hosts can be successful by always putting the listeners first. Jordan has quite a few interesting stories of his own, including his travels to North Korea and how he managed to perform quality journalism under an oppressive regime. BEST OF: Tucker Max: From Fratire King to Self Publishing Empire- 4x NY Times Best Selling Author
First aired 4/29/21 My guest on E146 of #thePOZcast, Tucker Max is a four-time, New York Times best-selling author and founder of Scribe Media. His career took off after he started a blog on tuckermax.com, on which he actually created his own genre called “fratire”. New York Times writer Warren St. John coined “fratire” to describe Tucker’s writing at the time, which was mostly stories about the night life of a man in his twenties, all the partying that comes with it, tied together with a talent (or sometimes a curse) to always tell the truth no matter what. Now with Scribe Media, Tucker lives a much more balanced life and helps other amazing people like David Goggins and Tiffany Haddish tell their stories and their truth by coaching them through the process of writing their own books.
