6.5- Red Flags To Look For In Health Content w/ Brittany Hammond

In this episode of The Pretty Little Lifters Podcast, I’m talking with Brittany Hammond! Brittany is a NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor based in Los Angeles, California. She has worked in the fitness industry for the last eight years and believes in a holistic approach to wellness. Brittany is also a writer and has contributed many health and wellness articles to Well+Good, Health, Verywell Fit, Livestrong, PopSugar Fit, Good Rx, and more. I’ve had the pleasure of being a guest expert for one of her fitness articles for Pop Sugar on plyometrics. I met Brittany at Lift Society where she currently coaches.

We cover the topics:

- writing articles for health and wellness publications

-red flags to look for in health and wellness content

-3 myths of strength training

-healthy habits

And more!
