6.6- Teaching Teens About Women's Health In School w/ Jessica Rosa of NuEra Women

In this episode of The Pretty Little Lifters Podcast, I’m joined by guest Jessica Rosa. Jessica is a NY credentialed PE and Health educator and the founder of NuEra Women. She established a new course in health education, High School Women's Health, at her school. She has strived to advocate for women's health in schools.  Jessica has presented at conferences and continues to showcase presentations for the education system. I was introduced to Jessica by her colleague Kristine Ferreira (who was our PLL guest on episode 1 of this 6th season)!

We talk about….

-the importance of teaching women’s health in high school

-why she started a women’s health class at her school

-why she created NuEra Women

-and more!
