7.1-Have You Done Your Research?? Evidence-Based Health & Fitness Research w/ Dr. Lauren Colenso-Semple

Hi Pretty Little Lifters! In this episode, I’m joined by Dr. Lauren Colenso-Semple. Lauren is a researcher who focuses on evidence-based fitness for women. She is an expert in female physiology, exercise, and nutrition. She also co-hosts a podcast called Front Page Fitness where she discusses hot topics in health and fitness and provides reliable, accessible, and actionable information. I came across Lauren’s page on Instagram when I was looking for more people unpacking more science based fitness research. She is so good at looking at fitness and health claims, breaking down the science, and then spilling then tea on the truth...and we'll be breaking down a few hot fitness topics in this episode!
