If you're like me, which you probably are if you've tuned into a podcast with widow in the title... then you've experienced profound loss... and might even be feeling lost yourself. You're not alone. My name is Joelle Eckstein, and I am the widow of Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein of blessed memory, who unexpectedly passed away in 2019. He was a rabbi, singer, speaker, and was loved the world over for his ability to unite people... I was left completely lost, scared, and I would have to learn to live a life without him... But I'm here today to tell you that one step at a time, you can rebuild a new you. Each week on my podcast, I'll visit with other women who are also on a journey of rediscovery, as well as wonderful experts and professionals who can light the way. We'll cover everything from getting up in the morning, to finding your purpose, and creating a new role for yourself. I am The Rabbi's Widow - my goal is to build an empowered global community of widows who help each other. Please follow us now on Apple, Spotify, or wherever you enjoy your shows!
