Instead, I explore the deeper intention behind why we push ourselves, and how true resilience isn’t just about enduring pain, it’s about cultivating balance, honesty, and the courage to slow down.


Drawing from my own ultra-endurance experiences, I share what it really means to chase big goals while still holding space for self-care, reflection, and appreciation of life’s simplest moments.
