Sex and relationship help is here! This podcast is about sharing professional experience and knowledge, tips and techniques to help you develop better relationships and understand sex life issues. Join the conversion as sex therapists Clare and Janet chat about some of the most common issues they see in the therapy room. Whilst Aileen Gonsalves, creator of the Gonsalves Method, joins Clare to help you navigate your way through those tricky relationships with family, at work, on holiday and even with yourself. Clare and Janet have years of experience in the therapy room but they don’t always agree on things and sometimes they learn from each other. Aileen draws on a wealth of experience in the theatre and helping people to become more present and develop authentic connections with those around them. Clare never gets Janet’s jokes, but they are all open, honest, warm and here to help.
