About the guests: - Jennifer Viloria Founder and CEO of IISLA Ventures, a venture studio firm focused on directing capital towards regenerative rural development for sustainable prosperity and a more equitable society. She is an experienced impact investor, board member, social entrepreneur and venture builder having invested in and built start up social enterprises in the UK, Europe and Asia for decades. She is a passionate advocate of inclusive, regenerative and sustainable livelihood projects as means to eradicate abject rural poverty that she personally invests as an angel in small businesses and startups, or take up board advisory roles in NGOs and larger organisations to help steer their strategies to optimise social and environmental impact. She spends her spare time hiking in nature and scaling mountain ranges in Europe as well as voluntarily mentoring conscious entrepreneurs.
