It's been a while since I sat down and recorded a whole episode that was specifically for other people to hear. And boy did it feel good to do it!

I talk about a few different things here, but the main theme is taking responsibility for our own emotions. Learning how to drift along the sea of our own emotional waves instead of being terrorized by them is what will pull humanity into its next era -- in the words of my boy Zuko, an era of peace and kindness instead of fear.
