We are all doing so freakin much and there really should be a graduation ceremony for just making it through the past couple of years - but there isn't, so we need to celebrate ourselves!!!
While detoxing from basically everything to get back in touch with all the goodness that this vibrant, springtime 3D realm has to offer, I was called to share a few things with you all. Lots of talk about love and some things I've been doing to be more gentle with my self. I hope this episode adds some goodness to your life!

It's been a while since I sat down and recorded a whole episode that was specifically for other people to hear. And boy did it feel good to do it!
I talk about a few different things here, but the main theme is taking responsibility for our own emotions. Learning how to drift along the sea of our own emotional waves instead of being terrorized by them is what will pull humanity into its next era -- in the words of my boy Zuko, an era of peace and kindness instead of fear.

Not sure if I said this in the previous two episodes, but I do record these first and foremost for me. (So when I'm shouting at "you," I'm shouting at me.) Upon re-listening to several of these, I do think there's something uniquely valuable in receiving an unfiltered view at someone else's "shadow work" / "emotional alchemy" process.

With so many people today trying to escape their reality, terms like "Manifestation" and "The Law of Attraction" have become extremely popular. The universal laws of nature, when spoken about in these terms, become something that one must "figure out" -- again, usually for the purpose of escaping the reality that has already been created.
In this episode, I share some downloads that I hope will bring some recalibration to this corner of your mind.
The sacred universal laws are not something that you could ever do poorly (just like you could never be "bad" at gravity). I hope that, with the dogma wiped away and some new language to replace it, you are able to connect in a more playful and childlike way with your identity as a Creator Being, and your life as a work of art.
