When I hired my very first team member, I thought I was setting myself free. In reality, I was just paying someone to help me hold all the hats I was still wearing.
About one year into my business, I brought on a Virtual Assistant striving to be an Online Business Manager. She was a jack-of-all-trades, and worked well for a time.
