For a long time, I have thought about how educators can learn from and implement some of the ideas from Marvel's Cinematic Universe. The first step in sharing these ideas was writing about it. You can find my blog post titled What Teachers Can Learn From Marvel HERE. However, what really helped get these ideas in motion was Eric Martin, writer and producer of Marvel's hit show LOKI (available on Disney +). When Eric responded on Twitter and said, "Yes" to coming on the show it encouraged me to continue to pursue and think about this idea.

A very different episode this week. I recorded this episode for my family and for my kids. As I have gotten older and have kids of my own, I have realized the importance of recording family history. I hope that one day my children and my Dad's other grandchildren can listen back on this episode to learn more about our family and more about his life and accomplishments.
This is something I hope teachers will consider doing with their students. An old school family tree is great, but recording audio and being able to save that audio online is a whole different ball game.
