On this podcast, Sandy and Ana were talking about their experiences and journey in the real estate industry. In the beginning, they discussed how they opened a brokerage during the pandemic and hosted a podcast focused on real estate and entrepreneurship. Sandy started to join podcasts from other realtors and eventually launched his own which are Breakthrough and The Team Building Show. While Ana on the other hand also gained a presence on podcasts and ended up with her own as well with the Sales Beast podcast and The Team Building Show together with Sandy.
The discussions cover a variety of topics ranging from their inspirations to getting into real estate investing, learning from their failures, building and growing a successful real estate team, and venturing into leadership roles. They discuss how they got interested in real estate through investing and working with other investors, as well as how a book called "Rich Dad Poor Dad" changed their mindset.
